I just love the color of royal blue, and this dress is one of my favorites. It feels like cotton, but it is 95% Rayon and 5% Spandex. It is a Medi that falls straight line which I think compliments my plus figure. Has an open zipper neckline. with a hoody. It has 3 1/4 length sleeves which make it comfortable to wear. it washes very well in cold water and hung to dry. Being that I iron everything I wear, I don't have to iron this dress, it dries hardly with any wrinkles. My weight is 185 pounds, and I stand at 5'4". I ordered 3 XL, and it fits to my size (16) and falls to my ankles.
